Where crew name came from:	Too often in business people pronounced my surname so poorly that it proved easier to just tell them my first name. They would automatically assume it was my surname and add a Mr to the front of it… I kinda liked it so it stuck.
Favourite food:	Chicken and meat generally.
Interests:	I love meeting people and seeing new places.
Marital Status:	Married and lovin’ it!
Favourite Bible verse:	Hebrews 11 (yes, the whole chapter).
Most embarrassing live moment:	I’m quite good at laughing at myself so don’t tend to have embarrassing moments, just lots of laughs.
Favourite 29 track:	There’s a track off the forthcoming album that is so crunk that it near has me in tears when I hear it. I’m sure you’ll want to get on board when you hear it!
Passions in life:	I am passionate about seeing young people reach their full potential in every area of life. I get excited when I see other music groups making it. I get excited when I see young people in school developing their talents. I get excited when I see young people sold out for making a positive difference, especially when those young people are up against the odds! NuSkool baby!

Where crew name came from:	(Pron: mick-glade-ee-us) Well before I started rapping I was (and still am) into b:boyin’. The guys always called me ‘ gladiator’ when I was throwing down. Then as I developed into a lyricist they played on my last name ‘McGlade’ and began calling me ‘McGladius’.

Interests:	Most sports, watching all types of movies, poetry, apologetics, communicating, dance, books, travel, people, talking.

Where crew name came from:	Phonetix (aka dangerous) Dictionary definition - “The system of sounds of a particular language” The system of sounds is hip-hop – the particular language is Gods message to the world. As both a producer and m.c, I create a system of sound and deliver a particular language.

Interests:	Music, scripture and people
Marital Status:	Married.
Bible verse:	Ezekial 3 2+3; So I opened my mouth, and he caused me to eat that scroll. And he said to me, "Son of man, feed your belly, and fill your stomach with this scroll that I give you." So I ate, and it was in my mouth like honey in sweetness.
Most embarrassing live moment:	Going crazy with my hands in the air only to notice about half an hour into the show that my flies were not only down but wide open. Then trying to discreetly do them up on stage. Not too easy!

Musical inspiration:	Wow. What a question. I would need a dedicated website to answer that so I’ll just tell you what I’m really feeling at the moment…… Corey Red and Precise’s album ‘Resistance iz Futile’ is off the hook, Ambassador’s latest offering ‘The Thesis’, New Breed’s latest album, anything by T-Bone, Mark Beswick…… to name a few!
General inspiration:	I take inspiration from the world that God has placed around me…. my wife, my friends, my 29 soldiers, my parents (te quiero mucho), my pastor, David Pawson’s bible teaching, and all those out there who don’t know Jesus as your rescuer and peace…..you inspire me to write words and sounds that will penetrate your hearts with the truth that without Jesus our future is sealed in pain.
