Winter Ball Menu
- Leek and potato soup with mussels and clams
- Pan fried sea bass with aubergine caviar and sweet rosemary jus (not a spelling error! Gravey for us common folk!)
- Roast chicken breast with spinach and rosti, wild mushroom and madeira sauce
- White chocolate and raspberry delice, raspberry coulis
- Coffee and petit fours
